Your Voice Matters! Together We’re Better! I was pulled in right away with the honesty and emotions that come through in her words. Her writing is real and authentic. You relate to her right away. Steph is an inspiration in so many ways and has touched lots of lives. Reading about her struggles, ambitions, and the strength to overcome the obstacles in her life with optimism is amazing! Her educational journey was fantastic because she worked right next to her staff and supported the students. Her style is not to delegate her ideas to others but instead share the plan and include herself in the hard work it takes to create and cultivate the changes. Steph is a true leader and always puts the needs of kids first. She’s feisty when needed to get the job done. Her many accomplishments to better our education system were successful and should be recognized. Her medical miracles also showcase her tenacity and determination. This book is not just for educators. You should indulge in this story if you want to be inspired by the leadership and impact of working together to change things. She never gave up on anything! Steph needs to do a Ted Talk inspiring and sharing her incredible journey with others! She’s what a true hero looks like! Take the step to be inspired and purchase this book!

What an incredible story. I cannot believe how much Paula and Stephanie went through. I just don’t know how they survived it. I hope I can meet them someday! I was inspired by Stephanie’s clever strategies as a principal to accomplish her goals for her schools. One example is in chapter 22 Satire pages 194-195 where Charming Frog challenged the Effectiveness Committee to implement the support the school needed or close the school down. And the school stayed open.
